I came across the Alexander Technique after my cervical spine injury stopped responding to conventional treatment. Since then, the Technique became a vital part of my life, helping me to deal with my physical limitations. This is the reason why I am sharing my knowledge and expertise of the Technique with others so that they too can benefit.
I have studied the Technique under the guidance of Rome Earle, Giora Pinkas, John Baron, and Bob Britton at the Alexander Technique Educational Center in Berkeley, CA.
I was certified in 2007 and maintain a private practice in Alameda. I frequently lecture throughout the Bay Area, and work with students from all walks of life. For the past 12 years, I have worked extensively with musicians and older adults.
In 2015, I obtained a BS in Kinesiology at San Francisco State University. In my spare time I enjoy listening to classical music, studying Qigong, and tending to my garden.
